If 1500 trucks a day will come and go from the railyard each day, how come there will be no traffic light at the only entrance to the railyard?
And, by the way, the sale of Phoenix was a long time ago, not recently. It was also a sale between two, old, well-known citrus families, the Griffin family and the Adams family. CSX had nothing to do without it.
Could have sworn this sight was supposed to be a public education campaign. You continue to amaze with how misleading you can be.
