Record profits? CSX revenue in the 4th quarter was down 32%. The truth on this website is like oil and water. This deal was not crafted in secret. The Sunshine Law was not broken. No laws were broken. The big guerilla here is the number of jobs that construction of the Winter Haven railyard and SunRail will bring, not to mention the jobs the adjacent business park in Winter Haven will bring.
