"This deal was not crafted in secret." Where have you been for the last two years? It was clearly estabilished in last year's legislative session that CSX and FDOT signed a secrecy agreement not to discuss any of the details of this deal for the entire time it was being crafted; mostly by CSX attorneys it would appear! That fact went unrebutted by FDOT General Counsel Yarbrough, FDOT Secretary Kopelousos, FDOT Asssitant Secretary Thiboult, or any other person that participated in this back-room, SECRET deal. Read the record, it's there in the Committee testimony. Give me a break. If anyone believes this is a "good deal" for any citizen of the State of Florida, I have some beachfront property I would like to sell them on Lake Okeechobee.
